Despite the severity of the alleged crime, our specialists managed to achieve the non-application of a preventive measure in the form of detention against the Principal. As a result, the actions of the Principal were reclassified as fraud, and he was sentenced to two years of probation. Subsequently, the lawyers advised the Principal on the execution of the sentence. Among other things, through the efforts of lawyers, despite the severity of the charges, preventive measures were not applied to the Principal more strictly than a subscription not to leave.

The principal applied for legal assistance in 2022 with the issue of restoring the deadline for accepting the inheritance and establishing the fact of accepting the inheritance in a dispute with the Department of Municipal Property of the city of Moscow. So after the death of the testator, she had only a cousin left of her relatives, who took care of the testator, in fact being the only heiress. The prosecution was represented in court by a prosecutor from the Prosecutor General's Office.
